Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry back into its original FrostNYC presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
